Hideout Cabins LLC
Booking and Payment Terms
Effective September 5, 2026
These terms apply to reservations made directly with Hideout Cabins LLC unless different written terms are expressly disclosed and accepted at the time of booking.
Reservation Payment
A payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including cabin rental charges, applicable cleaning fees, taxes, and other agreed charges, is due at the time of booking.
The remaining 50% of the total reservation cost will be charged 14 days before the scheduled arrival date using the payment method provided at booking.
Saved Payment Method
By completing the reservation, the guest authorizes Hideout Cabins LLC to securely retain the payment method used for the reservation and to use that payment method for authorized reservation-related charges, including the scheduled remaining balance and charges permitted under these terms.
Additional charges may include documented damage to the property, missing or removed items, extraordinary cleaning, or other charges arising from the guest's stay that are permitted under the rental terms.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, any applicable refund or credit will be handled according to the reservation terms in effect at the time of booking.
For cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date, amounts paid will not be refunded in cash. Instead, the amounts paid will be available as a credit toward a future stay with Hideout Cabins LLC.
The credit may be used for a replacement stay beginning within one year of the original scheduled arrival date.
A $100 rebooking fee will be deducted from the credit when the guest books the replacement stay. This fee is not charged at the original booking.
Any unused portion of the credit expires one year after the original scheduled arrival date and has no cash value.
Rates and Availability
Future bookings using a cancellation credit are subject to then-current rates, minimum-stay requirements, availability, blackout dates, and property rules.
If the new reservation costs more than the available credit, the guest is responsible for the difference.
Taxes and Fees
Guests are responsible for all applicable state and local taxes, lodging or occupancy taxes, cleaning fees, and other charges disclosed at the time of booking.
Property Damage and Additional Charges
The guest is responsible for damage, missing property, excessive cleaning, or other stay-related charges not included in the original reservation.
Where permitted by law and the applicable card-network rules, the guest authorizes Hideout Cabins LLC to charge the saved payment method for documented amounts due under these terms.
Hideout Cabins LLC will maintain records supporting any such additional charge.
